I hope this email finds you well, rested, and ready for 2025. Here at NARM we are emerging from a few weeks of rest and reflection as we gather our resources for a busy year of upgrades to our organizational structures and processes. I’m excited for what we have planned and look forward to engaging with you on the journey.
Here are some reminders, updates, and news of changes that are on the way.
Reminders
NARM is engaging in a months-long process of both internal and external review.
Our internal process includes Information Sessions designed to build a shared understanding of our findings, the credentialing process and how NARM’s policies can be changed.
Next info session: NARM Governance
We will be discussing volunteer leadership and outlining the board and committee structures and roles as well as discussing the process for application and appointment to these positions.
Register here: NARM Governance Info Session. Attendance is not required to apply for a role with NARM.
Previous info session: Accountability
Our team presented an overview of the process of reviewing and revamping Accountability policies and procedures and an outline of the new Accountability policy. You can watch the session here. You can submit feedback on the session or the policy changes here. The deadline for submitting feedback is January 15th.
Listening Sessions: Seeking Hosts
If your group or community is interested in hosting a listening session, please reach out to Stephanie McLemore Bray of Touchstone Leadership at stephanie@touchstoneleadersgrp.com.
To allow time for her group to complete their report, we hope to schedule all listening sessions in the next 5-6 weeks.
Note that the April information session has been rescheduled for April 16th. Click here to register.
Updates to Applications:
- New phone number: NARM has updated its phone system, and we have a new number — 931-201-9609
- Each phone call we receive creates a ticket in our system. This system will allow us to track your calls and ensure timely response and resolution to your questions. Please update your contact information for NARM to reflect this change.
- PEP process moving online: Starting in February, all Portfolio Evaluation Process (PEP) applications will be submitted via NARM’s online portal Certemy. If you have already submitted a Phase 1-4 application with NARM, you should receive an email within the next few weeks with instructions on how to activate your account. Please contact support@narm.org if you have any questions or do not receive an email.
