The external listening process that Touchstone conducted was just the first step in our ongoing commitment to being a responsive organization. While we work on developing our comprehensive action plan, we also want to establish open channels of communication. We will be holding two virtual office hours sessions in April where NARM’s executive director will be available to hear your thoughts, answer questions, and engage in dialogue. These are drop-in sessions, registration is required.
