The Agency for Health Care Research and Quality’s (AHRQ) Effective Health Care Program invites women’s health clinicians—including OB/GYNs, physician assistants, midwives, and nurses—to participate in the Web conference, Applying Existing Evidence to Obstetric Care.

This free, one-hour conference will highlight AHRQ’s patient-centered outcomes research related to women’s health, including the comparison of treatments for gestational diabetes.

Wanda Nicholson, M.D., M.P.H., M.B.A., associate professor of the University of North Carolina Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology will present the following report:
